Setab, group of companies (Galaktika ERP)

Within the first stage of the ERP project business processes of management of logistics, accounting and personnel management were automated. And according to the CEO of the central office of Galaktika corporation in Ukraine Sergey Litvinenko, during the project for the first time in Ukraine the functionality of the Galaktika ERP system which appeared in version 8.10 – the filialnost allowing to keep in the single database account on several companies was used. Existence of a vista shot of accounts, uniform income and expense items and other general tables of a system should facilitate in the future processes of formation of the consolidated statements in all directions of business of group.

By this moment in a system management of financial and settlement, cash, economic transactions is conducted, fixed asset accounting and intangible assets is carried out, the accounting records are prepared. Regarding logistics management in a system management of supply and sale is implemented, an inventory control is configured, settlement with suppliers and receivers is controlled. In the field of personnel management management processes are automated and registration of personnel (the quantitative and qualitative list of workers at the enterprise), uses of working time by each employee, calculations for compensation of personnel are automated.

Development of the project provides automation of logistics and accounting in Setab Avto Group branch. Besides, implementation of the modules "Contract Management", "Service maintenance", "Management of Production Logistics", "Specification of Products", "Controlling" in the companies which are a part of group is planned. In further plans – creation of the consolidated budget of group.
