Setl City scales DocsVision

Daily in Setl City company about 20-30 documents is registered and will be approved. 25 employees of the company actively participate in document flow, search of the necessary documents in work is necessary for 50 more employees.

Prior to the beginning of the project in Setl City company the DocsVision platform, but only as the system of electronic archive of contractual documentation was already used. The existing solution facilitated search of agreements necessary to personnel of the company, but process of their approval and processing was not automated. In July, 2010 the company management made the decision on transition to the new version of the DocsVision 4.5 system, for the purpose of scaling of the used DocsVision platform, for automation of all process of work with agreements. Specialists of Teamlead company developed business process of approval of agreements, forms are configured, the special scripts intended for viewing history of approval are developed. As a result, all process of approval of agreements, from the moment of registration of the draft treaty before receiving in the system of the copy signed from two parties, was automated.

Scaling of the DocsVision system in Setl City company allowed to increase the speed of approval of contractual documentation, to regulate terms of approval and to implement control of process of document flow from company management.
