The strategic plan of development of a corporate information system of ALROSA INVESTMENT GROUP means creation of the electronic document management system covering management company and also all enterprises of investment group. As EDMS the solution BOSS-Referent was selected.
Now in EDMS 170 employees of ALROSA INVESTMENT GROUP and Severalmaz companies work.
During projects on implementation the BOSS-reviewer, the managerial procedures of ALROSA INVESTMENT GROUP and Severalmaz companies performed within optimization, the emphasis was placed on automation of a contract work, management of instructions and the organization of archive of documents. The electronic document management system allowed to increase the speed of acceptance of management decisions, level of performing discipline and also to ensure safety and data protection. All transactions made with documents are recorded and stored in the BOSS-reviewer. The system of user rights implemented in the solution provides passing of documents strictly according to statutory rules and regulations of decision making on them.
