Seversk granite pit (1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8)

In 2010 the management of JSC Seversky Granitny Karyer made the decision on need of automation of the main business processes for the purpose of creation of a common information space. Also the following tasks were set: connection to the single database of remote branches, obtaining the relevant regulated reporting. As the software product capable to solve assigned tasks the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" was selected.

Implementation of the software product began with involvement of partners of 1C Company, since November, 2011 - own forces with involvement of the contractor - the RITs company (Competence Center on production of 1C Company in Yekaterinburg) specializing in the field of automation of medium-sized and large enterprises.

The choice of RITs company was caused by popularity of the company in the IT market, positive reviews of clients, long-term experience of implementation of the systems of the automated accounting based on programs of 1C Company, existence of the line of consultations and services of technical maintenance.

Specialists of RITs company rendered consultations on drawing up accounting and tax statements and also helped to prepare and hand over the reporting for 2011 and the first quarter 2012. Also services in setup of a distributed database were rendered, work with two branches is organized.

Since January, 2012 the software product works in the mode of commercial operation.

• Settlement with buyers and suppliers;
• Calculation of actual cost;
• Fixed asset accounting, depreciation calculation;
• Accounting of services of production character;
• Accounting of activity of auxiliary productions.
