The reasons which induced the Customer to purchase and implement the specialized solution "1C:Enterprise 8. Management of repair shop": need of automation of works on repair and hardware maintenance, reduction of time of response to breakdowns, accidents, need of personnel management. Staff of RITs-1C company carried out installation and setup of the software product, user training is provided. Consultations on work with a product in an operating mode are at the moment performed.
The Following Functions Were Automated:
- Accounting of the equipment and standards;
- Accounting of indicators of operation;
- Planning of maintenance and repairs;
- Management of logistics of repairs;
- Personnel management;
- Management of dresses and works;
- Management of documentation;
- Efficiency analysis and reporting.
As a result of implementation of the software product "1C:Enterprise 8. The management of repair shop" was succeeded to receive the following results:
- Increase the accuracy of accounting of the equipment, its repairs;
- To timely plan repair work and scheduled preventive works;
- Optimize repair costs;
- To manage effectively working time of personnel of the company.
