Sevzaptekhnika saves documents and implements EDMS for management of them

The Atlas Soft company carried out document flow system implementation to Sevzaptekhnika companies, the press service of the company reported on February 25, 2013.

Prerequisites

Since 1993 Sevzaptekhnik saved up big base of technical and design documentation. With respect thereto it is accepted lead engineers of the company the decision on search of a system which will help them with joint development of the current design projects and also quick access to all versions of projects. Also in the company sharply there was a question of approval of the project documentation. After carrying out professional market research of systems which would meet all requirements Sevzaptekhnika, three products were selected. One of them - the solution of Atlas Soft.

Solution

After a month of work in a system, in the test mode and receiving complete idea of product capabilities, the management Sevzaptekhniki made the decision on agreement signature on delivery of 20 licenses and adaptation of a system under specifics of a company performance.
