In Shaftsinkers Rus LLC company the implementation project of CIS based on the solution " is completed by 1C: Management of construction organization 8". Integrator in the project of AVK-system LLC.
Goals and Objectives
For conducting works on construction of a trunk of the mine of Gremyachinsky the fields of potash salts were found the isolated enterprises in Kotelnikovo of the Volgograd region. With respect thereto before company management there was a question of automation of financial and economic activity of the opened enterprises in Russia and creation of an effective system for business management, maintaining operational, accounting and tax accounting.
As the automation equipment the software product " was selected by 1C: Management of construction organization 8". This complete solution allowing to integrate work of all divisions, to consider construction processes, to keep account of foreign workers, calculations between separate divisions and the head company, to prepare the reporting under IFRS.
The implementation project was implemented by AVK-system company.
Results
The main sections of construction production are automated, tools for the analysis and objective assessment of results of work of all divisions of the company are received. The end-to-end system of accounting and business management created during the project integrated all divisions and services of the company in a common information space that resulted in transparency and orderliness of business processes. As a result of implementation several times it was succeeded to reduce time expenditure by reporting for company management in the Republic of South Africa, to increase effective management of material stocks in remote warehouses and to reduce on average by 5-10% cost value of the performed works.

A system allowed to increase efficiency of interaction of divisions:

- Department of mechanization;

- Management and work planning;
- Production and construction division.
Work is conducted in one information base where in uniform space all users of a system enter information without duplication, quickly obtain versatile data and information on results of productive and financial activities.
Employees of department of management and planning of construction works had an opportunity of creation and calculation of schedules of construction, creation of several scenarios of accomplishment of stages of the project for the choice of the most optimal, creations and uses of templates of works, job groups for simplification of data entry in a system, accounting of the actual execution of works of the schedule, accounting of actually spent materials by works and all construction object. Accomplishment of the specified tasks in an automated system allowed to reduce several times time expenditure by preparation of work plans, most optimum to use material and labor resources.
Templates of agreements with workers and other documents were developed for the staff of HR department. Time for their formation due to automatic filling with data from a system was reduced. Reflection of the fact of transfer of costs on the salary and taxes on FOT of foreign workers does not require a progressive tense on calculation and formation of transactions now.
Managers had an opportunity of formation of waybills, official reports about work, repair sheets of machines and mechanisms. Calculation of write-off of fuel and lubricants for regulation depending on a type of the equipment and working conditions does process of control of fuel consumption by the most transparent.
Workers of accounting received the tool for formation of the necessary regulated reporting under RAS and also calculation of actual cost of the performed works that allows to guarantee budget implementation of the project, to exercise internal control of the prices, to minimize risks and to reasonably create the prices of work types. Due to use of several scenarios of execution of works the actual cost is reduced on average by 5-10%.
Implementation allowed to lower several times personnel labor costs on reporting to the management in the Republic of South Africa. In the developed system formation of financial statements, reporting under MPZ, reports on the salary in several languages in the set form is automatic. Accuracy and relevance of information obtained from a system allows the management to control and analyze in the Republic of South Africa work of divisions of the company in Russia, to make strategic management decisions, and and to the managers who are responsible for business development in Russia a system gives to the management of the enterprise in Kotelnikovo ample opportunities of the analysis, planning and flexible management by resources of the company for increase in its competitiveness.
