Shell transferred to an electronic form document flow using Kontur.Diadok service

October 07, 2015. The Shell company reported^[1] about transfer to an electronic form^[2] document flow with 200 distributors using Kontur.Diadok service. Now it configures service of exchange of electronic documents with suppliers.

Project Tasks

Shell monthly creates 3-4 thousand documents. At paper document flow they need to be printed, manually to sign, send and control passing. All this does document flow labor-consuming and costly, and, above all – slows down the main business processes of the company. Thanks to implementation of electronic exchange work with documents is most automated and accelerated, errors and losses are liquidated.

Project Progress

Integration of Kontur.Diadok service with the ERP system of SAP became feature of the project. Servers of the company are on Philippines, and security policy provides strict approvals of each step of integration. As a result process could be dragged out for a year and more. The command of SKB Kontur developer proposed the solution – "Automatic Manager of Mailings". Its implementation took about half a year and provided integration of the systems of SAP and "Diadoc" on the requirements set by the company. Outgoing document flow Shell of Oil is transferred to an electronic form for 98.8%. Now there is implementation of e-document flow for incoming documents.
