Sinto upgrades a lighting system of production workshops of the Vympel plant

2018: Upgrade of a lighting system of production workshops

On July 9, 2018 the Sinto company announced further work on upgrade of a lighting system of the Vympel plant. Work on upgrade of a lighting system of production workshops of the plant was initiated by JSC SZ Vympel in 2016. According to the results of open auction the Sinto company became the contractor of the contract.

Project Tasks

The contractor was faced by a problem of complex upgrade of a lighting system of the SZ "Pennant" production workshops which included:

• Replacement of the lamps which fulfilled normative term;
• Reliability augmentation of operation of lamps due to use of the modern LED equipment;
• Cutting of costs for payment of the electric power and service of network of lighting (in 3 and more times);
• Reduction of a lighting system of production flights of workshops according to requirements of the joint venture 52.13330.2016.

The sequence of stages of the project assumed wiring design of arrangement of devices of lighting, accomplishment of lighting calculation of illumination of production sites, replacement of the electric networks, cable passages and electric boards.

Project Effect

Within the project works on upgrade of a lighting system were performed 2 SZ "Pennant" production workshops. ONYX lamps from the Russian producer of LED lamps became the capital equipment for the project Prouz LLC. Power cable VVGNG of LS was used to reconstruction of light networks – cable passages and electric boards. On set of upgrade of 2 workshops it was dismantled and more than 4,000 m of the power cable are newly mounted.

Upon termination of the project the following indicators were reached:

• More than 500 LED lamps are installed: 90 pieces in Elling workshop, 434 pieces in Workshop No. 2. Dismantling and installation of lighting instruments was made at the height from 9 to 28 meters;
• It is reduced expenses on payment of the electric power more than by 3 times;
• The required illumination level in workshops of the enterprise according to requirements of the joint venture 52.13330.2016 is reached;
• The guarantee for all installed equipment of 36 months is provided. For the period of guaranty period the Customer's expenses on service of network of lighting are almost reduced to zero.
