Plans of the guide to trade upgrade which provide intensive development of a format of department store and consolidation of different trade sections in open space became a reason for implementation of a new ERP system in Shopping Center Bashkortostan.
Among the main objectives of the project of automation based on the ERP system of AVARDA there is a development of programs of increase in a customer loyalty, including support of the various discount and bonus systems and also providing powerful analytical tools to the management for more exact assortment planning and management of price policy. Besides, using the received solution the management of Shopping Center Bashkortostan is going to optimize management of trade inventories and to improve processes of operational accounting.
ERP system of AVARDA is selected by the customer thanks to existence of necessary opportunities in a standard configuration that positively influences terms and the project budget of automation. Besides, the solution has flexibility and allows to organize effective management of a set of different commodity groups.
Implementation of the ERP system of AVARDA in Shopping Center Bashkortostan started in May, is going to complete automation already by the end of summer of 2010.
