For increase in efficiency of divisions of sales, reduction of terms of order processing and ensuring transparency of business processes, the modern, flexible, easily scalable system capable to become in the future a basis of a common information space for work of managers and clients was required for the company. The system of information support of sale is decided to be implemented on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform. Start of the main circuit of the Customer Relationship Management System in commercial operation and also its subsequent development became a strategic stage of works. The TOPS Consulting company entering into Consist Business Group became the partner "to shopping Mall EvrazHolding for accomplishment of these works.

Having analyzed a current status of automation of sales processes of holding, consultants helped to select the key sections requiring completions of an information system and to define phases of works as a result of which divisions of department of sales "by shopping Mall EvrazHolding in turn were connected to a system. The implemented solution was added with the tools allowing to process quicker client requests and to help managers during the work with orders of large volume.

During the project consultants solved a problem of ensuring loading of the order and its subsequent broadcasting in the system of SAP from already used order template. In case the client independently created the order for products in a standard template of the order, the sales department manager can load the file directly into the CRM system. For this purpose in the solution the mass loader of orders which is automatically creating orders in Microsoft Dynamics CRM by data of standard templates and carrying out the inspections similar to implemented in the Configurator of orders is implemented.

Completion of a system of information support of sale included also solution integration with internal systems "shopping Mall EvrazHolding: Lotus Notes electronic document management system, ERP system of SAP R/3, storage system of documents. Thanks to integration with Lotus Notes the agreement made according to the request goes to approval to EDMS directly from the CRM system. The status of the document is updated automatically and it can be traced in Microsoft Dynamics CRM without transition to other systems. The executed completions allowed to bring the solution into commercial operation and to transfer sales department managers "to shopping Mall EvrazHolding to work in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The service of Consist Business Group Service accepted a new system on maintenance and development. Within the agreement of service maintenance and jointly the developed development plan for an information system also necessary completions of functionality are executed.

Project teams are not satisfied with what has already been achieved and continue work on integration of CRM with external information systems of clients "shopping Mall EvrazHolding that in the future will allow to switch over to the data exchange mode between the EDI systems which excludes need of any file exchange.
