The DataKrat corporation and the Company of recreation center Expert announces start of the EXceed WMS 4000 system (Infor WM) on the new warehouse terminal of Interkor Trade company, one of the largest supplying and sales enterprises of Sverdlovsk region.

The warehouse terminal on which a system was implemented is intended for storage bolee25000 names of construction and finishing materials. For ensuring optimal storage of goods about 50 strategies of placement of goods taking into account zoning, dimensions and goods turnover rate were developed. It should be noted especially that implementation was carried out in a "live" warehouse, at the same time for a minute transactions of acceptance and shipment did not stop. When installing a system it was necessary to consider such features of a warehouse as existence big quantity of commodity groups with certain specifics of behavior, the sizes and weight of goods, dependence of warehouse processes on a seasonal factor very different from each other.

In a project deliverable, the EXceed WMS 4000 system undertook management of all range of warehouse transactions. In addition to fixed functions of acceptance, placement, a complete set, replenishment and shipment, a system allows to provide transparency of the movement of stocks, planning of wave assemblies of orders, tracking of individual packaging and marking and implementation of control shipping transactions.
