Creation of the effective automated control system for personnel which it is information provides the uniform HR policy and carries out the uniform cost accounting on personnel.
Project Steps
Stage 1. Preparation of the project. At this stage the main procedures of project management, limit of the project, the project implementation plan, the main stages and control points were approved; Stage 2. System design. At this stage the examination directed to determination and documentation of requirements to the developed system was conducted. The revealed requirements were approved and approved in Technical specifications; Stage 3. Implementation of a system. Upon termination of this stage on the platform of the Customer the copy of "Personnel management system" with the performed tunings of the reference information and additional reports and types of payments was set. User training to work with a system was provided, comprehensive test of a system is made; Stage 4. Transfer of a system to commercial operation. At this stage repeated testing of the resolved comments revealed during trial operation of a system was held, consultations on work with a system were rendered, control of respect for the set technology of work with a system, optimization of performance is carried out. Result of works on a stage – transfer of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system customized under requirements of Sibirsky bereg-NPP LLC to commercial operation and a set of the user and technical documentation.
Project Effect
- The organizational and regular structure of the enterprise is constructed;
- The accounting and computing circuit of the BOSS-PERSONNEL OFFICER system for automation of functions of organizational management, employee administration, payroll and reporting in state bodies is configured;
- the procedure of unloading of postings in the 1C: Enterprise system is implemented.
