As one more example of the company which is successfully using the solution "TOPS Consulting: The MRO" can give JSC SIBECO, the largest enterprise of Siberia which is engaged in production of electrical and thermal energy. Implementation of a circuit of a MRO became one of important parts of the program of business process automation of an energy-generating complex (the specialized solution "TOPS Consulting: MRO). As the main objective ensuring accurate observance of the scheduled plan of electricity generation was defined. In view of technology complexity of objects of power and also complexity of interaction of the generating equipment in an integrated power grid, questions of reliability of operation of the equipment were selected as crucial. With respect thereto, within the project several key sections of functionality were implemented:
1. Certification of the equipment, buildings and constructions and also objects of the engineering systems. This functionality was developed for ensuring multidimensional accounting of technical data and characteristics of objects of repair in all variety of their communications among themselves and options of inclusion in a technology chain. This part was the base of creation of further analytics including analysts on operating costs in places of their emergence.
2. Management repair and repair construction works. Within this stage all works, both on repair of the equipment, and on repair of buildings and constructions were transferred to the automated elegant system. At the same time approval of issue and acceptance of dresses was provided in a system and also integration with the estimate WinSmeta complex – as the majority of repair work was performed by forces of the specialized repair organizations. As a result of implementation of this module, the enterprise had an opportunity to conduct the history of repairs and analytics on costs by specific items of equipment.
3. Conducting technical accounting of the equipment. This module is intended for accumulation of the main information on technical accounting (an operating time, defects/incidents, installation/dismantling, a start-up/stop), the repair program of the enterprise, necessary for calculation. Thanks to information storage in a single system not only direct use of data of technical accounting when calculating and updating the repair program of holding, but also including for the analysis and updating of the regulatory base on the basis of the actual statistics of technical accounting became possible.
4. Subsystem of planning of the repair program. Within this module different algorithms of planning of periodic service were developed and connected with the corresponding groups and types of the equipment. Also there were implementations the integrated system of automatic calculation of a priority of each work in the plan, on the basis of requirements to reliability of the equipment and ranging of types of repair in terms of influence on final reliability.
As a result the company received the full-function circuit of a MRO including all aspects of management of the repair program of the enterprise, which is completely integrated with other parts of an end-to-end system of enterprise management. Thus, many key business processes, for example, budgeting, the cost accounting in places of their emergence and purchase planning, became end-to-end and completely controlled taking into account all aspects and features of operation of a technical complex of Novosibirskenergo holding.
