2024: Project Management Certification

SimbirSoft has been certified for project management. The assessment was carried out by specialists of ANO "TSORPU." According to the results of the assessment, the company was assigned the 3rd maturity class "Practical management." This was announced to the TSORPU on November 26, 2024.

The entire journey from applying to handing over certification results took 3.5 months. The experts of the Central Control Commission assessed the maturity level of the project management of SimbirSoft LLC, including the general management and project management system for various aspects based on the analysis of documents and interviews with team members.

Assessors noted the following strengths of the subject matter:

• Link project activities to strategic management. The mission, goal, values, principles of the company's activity were determined, the Growth Strategy was adopted. Regular strategic sessions are held at different levels, informing project personnel and providing feedback on the company's strategic goals.
• A necessary and sufficient management system that ensures the implementation of IT projects.
• Project Management Organizational Structure (Project Committee, Project Office, project roles assigned). A typical RACI matrix has been developed, which defines the distribution of key processes within the framework of project work by roles: (Account + PM + TL). This matrix is adapted for project specific conditions.
• A top-level model of project management processes has been created. A routine document "Basic Business Process for Project Work (Evaluation - > Start - > Maintain - > Complete Project) and a number of guidance materials on individual management processes/procedures have been developed and applied.

A compliance certificate in the field of project management is an independent comprehensive assessment of the organization's competence in project management, as well as a way to confirm the effectiveness of the organization's management system, to obtain evidence of its organizational and technological maturity. ISO PM is one of two assessment models that are actively developing in Russia (the other is IPMA Delta) and the only model built entirely on Russian standards.

Certification of the organization's project management system determines the compliance of this system with the requirements of Russian standards: GOST R 58184 - 2018 Project Management System. Basic provisions, GOST R ISO 21500 - 2014 Design Management Manual, GOST R 548 series and ISO 2150 series.
