"The issue of automation was always rather relevant for Simple company. More than 4 years to our effective cooperation. During this time we implemented many tasks for our client. The main solutions which we implemented were the following:
  • The uniform CRM platform for all sales channels: B2B, B2C, HoReCa, Retail;
  • Optimization of work of sales representatives;
  • Carrying out marketing efforts and trade - marketing activities;
  • Process automation of order processing and shipment.

Now I can tell with confidence that on project deliverables the Simple company received the effective platform of work with the clients",


The architecture of the project includes the following systems and solutions: Creatio Terrasoft as the platform of process automation and CRM, Navision ERP, 1C, mobile application of the sales representative, the Internet portal of the client.

CRM system we use for a long time, still the first versions 3X. We began to implement difficult tasks on the platform since May, 2016. Now at us is in work of 4 large-scale projects: trade marketing, a personal account of the buyer, marketing mailings, automation of field sales in retail. All of us time finish something, we change processes and metrics, both using the staff of developers, and using children of the SmartCapital command. They do start and the main project work, and we support and we correct if necessary already adjusted process,

For us as largest retail and distributor, trade marketing automation became the most important and major problem: formations of the passport of actions, approval, planning and implementation. Earlier only one approval took a lot of time and a lot more difficulties were with work in the different auxiliary systems – 1C, Navision, QlickView and others. Now all is automated to the smallest details on Creatio. Our heads receive only those reports and documents for vising which are important for them. Process is smoothly running and excellently works. We are very glad that could bring order here and on it we needed only about a year. For such amount of work it quickly enough,

Important point for the company is the customer loyalty. For the purpose of increase in positive perception for clients the project of a personal account of the order was implemented. Using it the client himself creates the order, defines client conditions, receives the personalized offers. The order gets to the CRM system, and accomplishment process is started further – through ERP a system the order, SLA on delivery, conditions for the specific sales channel forms.

In plans of the company further to develop lead generation, to bring a customer loyalty to new level – to increase the active customer base using effective instruments of marketing of the Creatio platform.
