2023: The results of the introduction of Stories into the mobile application

Sinara Bank launched the Stories channel in a mobile app to promote its products. For six months, the conversion on sale in this channel reached 5%. Rubbles experience helped to get such a result. The bank announced this on October 18, 2023.

Customer profile analytics helped identify and generate demand offerings for each audience segment, and a high-quality content strategy helped deliver these offerings to customers in the most appropriate way and when they really need it. Sinara Bank and Rubbles analyze content responses and customer transaction data on a daily basis and adapt the content strategy taking this information into account, so the proposals are always relevant to the audience.

We launched the Stories channel in the mobile app to promote our products through it. Rubbles has performed well since its very first day of operation, with sales conversions reaching 5%. We plan to continue point-to-point work with content and personalize communications. Our goal is to give customers exactly the information they need, "said Alexey Averin, director of digital channel development at Sinara Bank.

Content quickly becomes obsolete, and it is not easy to attract and retain the attention of a user who constantly lives in a dense stream of information. Therefore, our task is to monitor the market and responses of our customers on a daily basis in order to meet their expectations and even ahead of them. This is the only way to provide a high-quality client service that you don't want to give up, "said Dmitry Makeev, CVM Product Director at Rubbles.
