Sinara Bank Improves Customer Data Quality with HFLabs

Sinara Bank and HFLabs are working together to improve the quality of customer data. Now the bank uses the Unified Client software solution to monitor the reliability, completeness and relevance of information contained in information systems. HFLabs announced this on July 16, 2024.

The introduction of the "Single Client" allowed the Bank of Sinar to process and systematize information about customers, which is contained in banking and accounting systems retail corporate data. As a result of the use of the "Unified Client" system, the so-called "gold" records were formed - reference cards with up-to-date customer data. This approach made it possible to effectively highlight duplicated, incomplete records and improve the quality of client data.

The Data Management Department of the Bank of Sinara regularly analyzes and sends information on the quality of client data received from the "Unified Client" to internal services. This allows all stakeholders to assess the quality of the data that the bank has, as well as improve operational customer service.

The implementation of the "One Client" system allows you to radically improve the quality of data, as well as creates a solid foundation for building a customer-centric model of interaction with the client. In the future, Bank Sinara is considering the prospect of linking a single document repository and a gold card of the Unified Client system.
