2025: Treasury Automation
First Bit implemented a project to automate the treasury of the SINOWAY Group trading company using the BIT.FINANS solution in just one month. This "First Bit" reported on April 7, 2025.
The project allowed not only to establish financial flows and avoid cash gaps, but also to ensure transparency and efficiency in managing expenses.
The First Bit team helped us to restore order in payments, the movement and control of which was carried out through instant messengers, and create an effective treasury using a specialized solution. My main task was to quickly automate the treasury function, teach employees to take responsibility for expenses and plan further activities in this paradigm. We successfully coped with this task in record time, - shared the financial director of SINOWAY Group Elena Likhunova. |
One of the key objectives of the project was to involve all heads of financial responsibility centers (CFOs) in a single process of controlling financial flows and monitoring margins.
As a result of the operation of the system, the rate of formation of management reports increased by 50%, and labor costs for manual operations decreased by 20%, while the quality and transparency of accounting for cash flow improved. Now corporate reporting is formed in a single system, which eliminates the risk of errors and ensures the reliability of data. The time to approve requests for spending has been reduced to 30 minutes, which also shows the advantage of automation.
The treasurer's workplace has proved to be an indispensable tool for the CFO, providing the ability to track actual and planned cash balances. The payment calendar set up under the BDDS eliminates overspending and delays, thereby reducing risks and increasing the financial stability of the company. Integrating disparate data from multiple systems into a single platform has greatly simplified management processes.
Despite the tight implementation times, the project was completed due to the high coordination of the SINOWAY Group and First Bit teams. Regular online meetings and testing on the model base made it possible to quickly train employees and put the system into operation. This suggests that even in conditions of a strict time frame, with a competent organization of work, excellent results can be achieved, "said Natalya Abramova, head of the automation department of construction organizations of the integrator of effective IT solutions" First Bit "in Samara. |
In 2025, SINOWAY Group plans to continue the development of the system, including full automation based on BIT.FINANS and integration with 1C: Accounting.
This solution will become the basis for further optimization of cost management processes and strengthening the financial health of the company in the market.
