The enterprises of the Sir Kurchak group keep account using a new ERP system

At two enterprises "the Ptitsekompleks of Gubin and Agidel, being a part of the agro-industrial group "Sir Kurchak" is complete an implementation project of an information system based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 for Ukraine". As the partner in implementation the Infors company is attracted.

Within the project the following subsystems are implemented: production planning, purchases; budgeting; treasury; production management; sales accounting; purchase management; automation of accounting and tax accounting; inventory management; cash management and calculation with accountable means; control of the equipment; personnel records and payroll.

Besides, the following specialized subsystems are implemented: operational accounting of ptitsekompleks; operational accounting of an incubation; management of maintenance and repairs of the equipment; control of motor transport; accounting of crop production.

The implemented ERP system allowed to manage production of own products and processing of raw materials supplied by the customer. On poultry farms and an incubator account in real time with reflection of all operations on accounting of a bird, compound feeds, veterinary medicines is kept, data on energy costs are fixed. The mechanism of automatic reflection of all transactions of operational accounting in a day is provided in accounting and tax accounting.

A system provided the tool on operating control of process charts of cultivation of a bird, data acquisition about the resources spent for production, about a deviation of the current actual indicators from normative.

As a result of implementation the management locates necessary tools for cost management and calculation of exact cost value of finished goods. A system allows to obtain daily data on structure of cost value of production, helps to control material flows and resource consumption, reflects a complete picture of the movement and consumption of raw materials, the electric power, fuel and fuel and lubricants and other costs of the enterprise.
