In Skolkovo Foundation SAP ERP implementation project is conducted

On February 17, 2014 the ALPE consulting company announced end of a design stage of a management system on the SAP ERP platform in Skolkovo Foundation.

Project Tasks

Development of Fund, expansion of activity and complication of structure of interaction between participants of processes, caused need of use of the unified information system of management.

On analysis results of the market of products and contractors, on September 19, 2013 the Skolkovo Foundation and the International consulting company ALPE consulting signed the agreement on system implementation of management on the SAP ERP platform.

Main objective of the project - quality improvement and reliability of the financial and management reporting due to implementation of uniform accounting methods according to RAS, WELL and standards of management accounting. SAP ERP also should become a key link between the existing information systems implemented earlier in Fund, to provide online access of all employees to necessary information.

Mikhail Berman, the Chief information officer of Skolkovo Foundation, considers specialists of ALPE consulting highly skilled and experienced, well owning, both knowledge in data domain, and all variety of functional features of a system, practice of application of an implementation methodology. "Their attitude towards needs of the customer deserves the appreciation. We hope that all this will allow to complete an implementation project qualitatively and at the scheduled time", - CIO noted.

Project Progress

At the first stage of the project the concept of implementation is worked out, the processes requiring integration solutions are selected and also ways of further development are designated. Audit of the used equipment and installation of SAP ERP is carried out, recommendations about setup of server capacities and updating of the software product are developed and used.

For February 18, 2014 the project team starts implementation of the developed solutions and training of staff of Fund for work in a common information space.
