Skolkovo the Innovation center (Complex projects of creation of the engineering systems) SONET

As the concept of the science city means construction of the innovation buildings designed and built using the most modern technologies, infrastructure of residential apartments for residents should be hi-tech and meet the international standards of quality.

Within projects the following tasks were set:

• Creation of a uniform dispatcher station which covers 3 quarters (more than 100 houses of different number of storeys);
• Creation of a single telecommunication network;
• Installation of a fire end-to-end protection system and security signallings, video surveillance systems and access controls, notifications and management of evacuation in case of emergency;
• Installation of the systems of a radiofikation and deratization.

Specialists of Sonet company constructed complex engineering infrastructure of the residential quarter using the last achievements in the field of security systems, a telecom and the engineering systems. The project of the uniform dispatching center under control of which infrastructure of all residential quarters of the science city will work is implemented. In this project Sonet expanded the competences on creation of a number of the new systems.
