The Skuratov Coffee chain, which as of October 2025 includes 64 establishments in 7 cities of Russia, has digitized the processes of operation of its establishments using the Okdesk maintenance and repair automation system. Okdesk (Cloud Solutions) announced this on October 6, 2025.

The active development of the network in different cities of Russia requires unified and mature processes of maintenance and repair of equipment so that each coffee shop works without interruptions and guests can enjoy coffee without being distracted by possible breakdowns in the infrastructure of the premises.

The main request of Skuratov Coffee was to reduce the time for accepting and processing applications for MR from existing and future points.

Previously, we used tables and instant messengers to process applications. We spent about an hour only on their registration and initial coordination of all aspects, while errors periodically occurred, information was lost, the application could not be detailed using photos or videos. The process was complicated by the fact that clarifying information had to be requested from the managers. This led to an increase in the deadline for deciding the application and, of course, such processes were difficult to scale, "said Vladislav Tolokneev, technical manager of Skuratov Coffee.

To solve the tasks, the Okdesk maintenance and repair automation system was chosen among ten systems. For 6 months of use, it was possible to automate all the processes of operation of equipment and infrastructure: applications come directly from coffee shops, if necessary, files are attached for breakdown, all communication is carried out in a chat directly with the performer, including through ready-made mobile applications.

The result of the use of Okdesk was an increase in the rate of tasks completed on time, an increase in NPS by 30%, and it was also possible to eliminate repeated equipment breakdowns and improve control over the quality of work performed.
