2021: Testing the interaction of the Parus system with the Tax-3 AIS

Slavneft tested the electronic interaction of the Parus system with AIS Tax - 3. This was announced by Parus on November 23, 2021.

The tests showed the correct operation of the electronic services of PJSC NGK Slavneft and the Federal Tax Service of Russia according to the basic scenarios of interaction within the framework of tax monitoring.

The procedures for determining the availability of the taxpayer's information system, obtaining a register of documents on the tax declaration and counterparty, receiving a document from the taxpayer's information system, as well as informing the taxpayer's system about the placement of the file in the Tax-3 AIS were tested. Data exchange was carried out over a secure communication channel using hardware certified cryptographic information protection tools without the participation of the EDO operator.

Since March 2021, our company has been participating in the working group on the implementation of the pilot project of the Federal Tax Service of Russia "Integration of information systems of tax monitoring organizations with Tax-3 AIS." We chose the most promising way of information interaction with the tax authority - providing limited access to the Parus system, which forms a digital array of accounting and tax accounting data, through secure communication channels. This approach allowed us to fully and as comfortably prepare for the upcoming integration in the format of direct connection to the Tax-3 AIS, "said Alexander Shuvaev, chief accountant of NGK Slavneft.

The integrator recalled that the Parus system is used in the Slavneft company for the integrated management of financial and economic activities. In particular, the accounting of cash flows and goods and material resources in a single circuit was implemented. Automated processes for the formation of fiscal and management reporting, planning and control of BDDS and BDR in the context of personal accounts. Performance of contracts and accounts receivable is monitored.
