2025: Implementation of "AKAM: Portal "

Introduction

Sales orders were created in the 1C:ERP database, some customers had partner access to this database. The rest of the customers sent orders by mail or made applications from the site. Applications from the site did not fall into 1C automatically. There were many wishes to refine the system, there was a choice - to refine the site or choose the implementation of the Portal on 1C: Element.

Portal Implementation Goal: Partner Interaction Automation

Works performed

  • The product "AKAM: Partner's Office" has been finalized:
  • The basket has been finalized, the output of information important to the customer, including information on currency, units of measurement, characteristics;
  • The loading of orders from format files has been improved Excel , taking into account the loading of the item with characteristics;
  • The order form on the Portal has been finalized;
  • The exchange of orders between 1C:ERP and Portal has been finalized (bilateral exchange, more transferred details compared to the standard product);
  • The order form on the Portal has been improved, new displayed details have been added, the ability to view information on the delivery status of order items has been added;
  • The form of the shipment register on the Portal has been finalized;

Result obtained

Full-fledged integration with:: 1CERP Reliable data exchange through the queue system;

Data transfer:

  • up-to-date item and item characteristics,
  • partners and counterparties,
  • Orders and Sales
  • item prices in the agreement currency,
  • goods balances,
  • Delivery states of parts from orders

Ability to upload historical data to the Portal

A convenient tool for partners:

  • Intuitive product search by name, code and article;
  • Display the availability of goods in warehouses;
  • The ability to select the characteristics of the product when selecting the product;
  • The ability to load parts into an order from an Excel file;
  • Possibility to download printed forms of account and DPC. "
