Creation of the corporate information system of business management accompanying activity of all staff of the company – from conducting sales and project implementation, before management of business development and accounting of financial activities of the enterprise was a project objective.

The solution of Advanta Group «advanta" company for project management of engineering and system integration became the information platform of a project management system.

The Advanta system allowed to create the corporate Web portal for implementation of a full range of works of the company:

search of potential clients of the company and formation of selections for call-down; control of orders of specialists in sales of services and project managers; conducting document flow on the project (the contractual, project documentation); tracking and control of terms of project works; joint work and problem solving; accounting and multidimensional cost analysis and receipts; maintaining balance of the enterprise. In this project the fact that the created solution not only allowed to automate project-based accounting was especially interesting, but also provided formation of the balance statement of the enterprise taking into account cash flows for receipts and costs (investment, to the salary, taxes, lease of premises, etc.).
