2019: Implementation of Smart IDReader for recognition of passports when armoring a real estate

The development company of Sminex uses Smart IDReader technology for recognition of the passport at sale of a real estate. On August 23, 2019 announced this TAdviser in Smart Engines company. Function is built in the CRM system and provides extraction of data for a design of armoring and preparation of printed forms of agreements.

The implemented technical solution allows to trace that at a stage of armoring of apartments or offices the image of the passport is attached to the request. The data on potential buyers recognized using Smart IDReader are transferred to the CRM system and used for automatic generation of printed forms of DDU and DKPN at a stage of an execution of the transaction.
