Content

On July 9, 2014 MAYKOR announced the supplement to contract on service of the cash registers of Snow Queen network of the technical support agreement of IT infrastructure.

Project Tasks

The geography of the project is all Russia, more than 120 shops in all large cities, including Moscow and St. Petersburg. On service of MAYKOR more than one thousand automated jobs, a complete line of the equipment are transferred in shops – printers, computers, monitors, uninterruptible power supply units, network equipment, etc. In addition, the contractor gives technical support in preparation of opening of new shops and closings of outlets.

Project Progress

Period of operation of the contract 1 year. For this time of MAYKOR it is necessary to perform functions of "one window" for the solution of all questions of the customer, regarding functioning of IT infrastructure and the cash equipment (the contractor is responsible for it since 2011).

Enter tasks of MAYKOR:

  • carrying out procedural scheduled maintenance,
  • fault recovery and operational maintenance of the equipment.

Requests from the customer accumulate by means of Service Desk and are sent for execution to the relevant branch of the company.

Continuation of the project

On November 2, 2015 the MAYKOR company announced prolongation of the contract of outsourcing with Snow Queen network for one year.

MAYKOR renders technical support services of Snow Queen retail network since 2011. In a range of services:

  • commissioning and repair of the cash equipment,
  • failure handling,
  • software maintenance,
  • consultations of users,
  • all process of interaction with tax authorities – from registration before removal from accounting of the cash register equipment.

"We practice 4 years the centralized outsourcing of technical support of the cash equipment, on behalf of MAYKOR having the uniform center of responsibility on all questions connected with functioning of the cash register equipment. Between the companies all processes of interaction are smoothly running and optimal quality requirements of service which the outsourcer performs at rather high level that formed the basis for prolongation of the service agreement are developed", – Igor Lyapin, the associate director of department of IT of Snow Queen company noted.
