"1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" helped Evrovent to reduce equipment downtimes and to accelerate accomplishment of orders

On April 5, 2019 reported to Program Master company that automated work of "software of "EBPOBEHT"". The 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 system integrated with the systems of technology preparation of production helped to organize operational planning of production and management of production supplies. Purchase planning improved, the regular supply of production divisions is adjusted by materials and component parts. Production dispatching is optimized, control of all stages of technology process is strengthened. As a result for April, 2019 duration of equipment downtimes decreased by 15%, nearly 100% of customer orders are executed just in time now.
Prerequisites
According to the company, the Software of EBPOBEHT enterprise actively develops, increases the number of orders, the rates of production are increased. The used earlier information system ceased to cope with the increased volume of tasks. It became difficult to plan production and supply of materials. Managers had to collect information for drawing up the production plan of different electronic reports. There was no opportunity to quickly control stock remainders. There were situations when necessary component parts available were not, and the warehouse at the same time was overloaded with materials which were purchased without requirements of production. There were difficulties and with financial planning: budgets formed manually, in spreadsheets. On collecting of the necessary information from divisions a lot of time left. Because of it terms of finished product output broke.
Project Tasks
It was necessary to increase efficiency of the enterprise to simplify and accelerate receiving data for planning and start of production, to optimize purchases and to organize operational reservation of materials under customer orders. For implementation of the tasks it was decided to implement a system"1C:ERP Production management 2" and to integrate it with the systems of technology preparation of production. The Program Master company became the partner in implementation.
Project Progress
During the project a system was unrolled in 50 workplaces on slada, technology department, in production, the sales department, department of logistics, in accounting and economic department.
Project Results
Integration of 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 with the systems of technology preparation of production allowed to optimize purchase planning and to adjust a regular supply of production by materials and component parts. On the basis of exact information on requirements of production and a remaining balance of materials in a warehouse the purchasing department timely creates supplier orders. Managers of production division obtain operational information about availability of materials in a warehouse, about what materials under what order are already reserved what materials are not present at the moment, but they already at ways also will arrive to a warehouse in time recorded in a system. As a result the equipment downtimes connected with the shortage of required materials are reduced by 15%.
Production dispatching is optimized. Accomplishment of each order can be traced throughout a production route now. All information on a current status of production - orders in work, orders for queues, providing orders with materials and component parts, percent of accomplishment of the main production stages and final assembly - managers see "in one window". It allows to estimate quickly loading of the equipment, to flexibly plan execution of the tasks arriving from the sales department to timely transfer orders to production and to avoid delays in their accomplishment.
Obtaining production data from the systems of technology preparation of production is automated: technology specifications are loaded into 1C:ERP automatically that significantly simplified work of technical department. In the nearest future loading in 1C:ERP of customer orders and specifications from the program of design documentation will be automated, it will allow to optimize work of specialists of commercial and technical departments.
Operational formation of budgets and payment schedules is organized. In a system are implemented specially developed for "software of Evrovent of data representation form from contractors for company management. Mechanisms of control of specific contractual schemes of settlement of the company with suppliers are developed. It helps to control quickly execution of payments and not to allow emergence of arrears.
The project of industrial automation and budgeting based on 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 became transition to the following level for the company. In a year after the beginning of implementation refused production planning using spreadsheets where necessary information was entered manually. As a result the efficiency of production department increased. Managers obtain data on providing with materials each task for production quickly from 1C:ERP now. For April, 2019 heads and managers can concentrate the attention on the analysis and the solution of business challenges. It helped to increase the accuracy of planning of supply of materials and their financial provision. For April, 2019 a system develops actively, added functionality and the possibility of involvement of the module CRM is considered.
