South of Russia, APG (1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS)

Project Tasks:

• Control of vehicle fleet on key indicators: the general run, idle times of more set time, fuel consumption, the actual route of the movement;
• Integration of a system of satellite navigation with the accounting systems of 1C;
• Control of accomplishment of the planned runs by waybills;
• Automatic drawing up reports on fuel, run, development on 1 car and on all vehicle fleet numbering 500 CU.

Project Steps:

• System implementation of control of 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS vehicle fleet;
• Setup of automatic data transmission of satellite monitoring in the 1C: Motor Vehicle Management Standard configuration;
• Setup of data processing from the automobile Autograph trackers, fuel level sensors and other sensors connected to the CAN bus;
• The organization of access isolation to operational and reporting information with distribution of groups of the CU by managers;
• Creation of report forms necessary for the organization for one unit of transport, on separate division, all vehicle fleet in general.

Project Effect:

• As a result of product introduction 1C: Satellite Monitoring Center GLONASS/GPS in the accounting system the enterprise received full control of vehicles with tracking of movements, parking, fuel consumption and the configured events.
• At creation of a route of run (a garage - loading point - unloading point - a garage, etc.) technical parameters of the vehicle are considered and automatically the waybill forms.
• The standard and in addition configured reports form with the subsequent preserving them in the file of the Excel format.
• A system provides control of work of the enterprise taking into account existence of separate divisions in Bataysk, Labinsk and in other areas of the Russian Federation.
