Spa Lauren is a cycle of process automation of accounting and management

"1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) completed the large-scale project on automation of activity of the center of professional cosmetics and training "Spa Lauren", the press service of the contractor reported on March 21, 2013. In the project software solutions are used "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "BIT: Beauty 8".

Beauty requires

For the purpose of increase in profitability of business and level of customer satisfaction, the management of salon decided to upgrade key processes in the company by software implementation of accounting and management.

For implementation of accounting tasks the 1C: Accounting 8 system, for personnel - "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", for specific industry – the solution "BIT is selected: Beauty 8". Specialists of the company "1C: The first BIT" acted as contractors of the project.

Implementation

The contractor developed the action plan according to which installation and adjustments of programs is made, data exchange between systems is configured, transfer of information is professionally executed of the previous base.

Automation affected six jobs:

• Accountant and estimator of the salary.

• Administrators of the hall and managing directors of salon.

The mechanism of control of resources allowing to control existence of goods in a warehouse and to plan purchases according to real requirements of salon is created. The possibility of daily viewing reports of administrators on sales, payment, deliveries, helps the management to estimate activity of firm, to build long-term forecasts on its development and growth.

The director of the center of professional cosmetics and training "Lauren" Larisa Solodkaya noted Spa: "Large-scale automation gave us an opportunity to keep account of all enterprise in uniform base. We solve accounting, personnel, managerial problems with ease. Data exchange between programs "BIT: Beauty 8" and "1C: Accounting 8" promoted improvement of processes of interaction between the staff of different services, the latent period of reflection of the rendered services and the sold goods in accounting was reduced. Speed of obtaining reports doubled at the expense of advanced structure of base and the flexible system of settings".
