Data on the goods participating in the interface exchange (attributes of goods, packaging parameters) bring in the beginning in Aksapta then via the interface of exchange data import to ILS.

In the field Batch for transit delivery from Aksapta is transferred number of the corresponding Order for Shipment. At registration of goods this field is unavailable to editing.

For processing of transit goods in a warehouse sections of cells for each shop are selected. ILS should place automatically come goods in shop which code is ciphered in the identifier of the joint venture. On one joint venture goods for different shops cannot come. The joint ventures imported to ILS can be 3 types: standard practice of goods, acceptance of transit goods and return from the client.

At registration of arrival for a warehouse it is not allowed:

  • acceptance of excesses
  • acceptance of goods delivered over the ordered quantity
  • acceptance of sub-standard goods

Placement of goods before the end of acceptance is forbidden. A system automatically appropriates to goods the suitable rule of placement.

In ILS account of lots and expiration dates is kept. All goods are reserved on the strategy of FEFO (on the worst a line of the validity). Account of serial numbers is not kept.

ILS supports pallet and boxed replenishment of a rack zone of selection.

  • From a wave

The complete inventory of RTs is carried out once a year.

The Scheduler Raboty should perform formation and start of waves from orders. The senior operator of an ACS controls the "split" orders by which a system could not reserve goods, and also orders by which the Shortage was executed.

At shipment boxes gather, are located on pallets and move to a shipment zone. The operator closes a container, and the goods move to an accumulation zone. When the machine approaches, the operator confirms shipment, and workers load it into the machine.

RF is used by warehouse workers for accomplishment of the following work types: registration of goods in a system, placement, replenishment, inventory, KSO, adjustments and movements, selection
