The NORBIT company started project implementation of implementation of industry solution for sports clubs on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform in hockey club Spartacus.

Start

The project started in August, 2012. Its implementation is necessary for upgrade of an obsolete equipment and increase in profitability of club. Other important task - improving competitiveness in relation to other clubs which are actively using modern technologies during the work with the customer base.

Solution

A FRM system – the industry solution for sports clubs developed by NORBIT company on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform taking into account the completions and settings answering to standard problems of sales management and marketing of hockey clubs. The solution includes management of club cards, subscriptions, tickets, card balance and overall balance of the fan, scanning and recognition of passports.

Project works are separated into several stages during which it is going to deploy the boxed solution that will help to consolidate the database of fans then process of adaptation of a system under the loyalty program and integration with the website will begin. Also delivery of the throughput equipment, implementation and integration with a booking system will be performed. In a complex these actions will allow to automate a full stroke of process on interaction with fans, including the choice of the customer base, accounting of the loyalty program, sale of tickets online, control of attendance, correction of base and programs of loyalty. Upon completion of the project the hockey club "Spartak" will receive an end-to-end system on management of club in which bases of fans will be consolidated and structured.

Maxim Motin, the head of development of hockey club "Spartak" emphasized: "We calculate that the implementing solution FRM System of NORBIT company will allow us to achieve several goals at once. First of all – to increase quantity of responses from marketing activities of club and, as a result, to lift sales of subscriptions, tickets and club attributes. Further we are also going to perform solution integration with a turnstile gating system of club and to implement the loyalty program for our clients".
