Project objective - to give to clients of JSC SPETSDEP an opportunity to control processing of their depository orders via the portal of SPETSDEP. The project was performed in two stages - implementation of standard DocsVision and in parallel development of the portal, and its integration into the existing automation system of depository accounting of FANSY. Tasks DocsVision system implementation: - Customer interaction via the WEB PORTAL and/or e-mail; - Protection of the transmitted data using the EDS and enciphering; - Registration and storage of the depository instructions which arrived from the client, requests, etc.; - Transfer to the FANSY system of documents for their execution; - Receiving from the FANSY system of results of document handling; - Registration and storage of results of customer interaction; - Transfer of results of document handling to the client. For implementation of these tasks, on the portal of SPETSDEP the section which automated the following functions was created: - storage of standard forms for preparation of requests (Microsoft Office InfoPath 2003); - creation of depository requests in standard forms; - obtaining status reports on processing of depository requests. Version: 3.5 Number of users: 50 people. Solution type: setup of the Office-work and Process management applications. Development of the web portal, integration of DocsVision and SharePoint Portal Server, integration with the existing system of special depository accounting of FANSY. Development of the business processes allowing to integrate the developed web portal with the existing FANSY system.
