The Advanta Group company developed the corporate standard of project management for Sputnik Group of companies and implemented the information system "Advanta" on its basis.
It allowed to increase effective management of group of companies, to optimize interaction processes, both between structural divisions, and with customers and partners. Besides, a system gave the chance to centralize information on the current, complete and planned projects in one unified database.
The Advanta system maintains the main aspects of an operational management activity and creates a common information space for joint work of commands of projects. Thanks to a project management system project implementation control considerably became simpler.
The combined team of specialists of Sputnik Group of companies and Advanta Group company within nine months 2007 executed:
inspection of the enterprise and development of the corporate standard on project management on the basis of ANSI PMI PMBOK 2004 (the third edition); installation and setup of a project management information system; creation of project office; input of a system in trial and commercial operation. From the moment of trial operation, in a system 70 users at the same time work, since the Top management and finishing leading specialists of structural divisions.
