Transtelecom provided communication services to the St. Petersburg customs

On August 8, 2017 Transtelecom announced the telecom operator communication provision of services to the St. Petersburg customs in St. Petersburg, the Leningrad, Vologda and Novgorod regions and also in the Komi Republic.

Cooperation

Cooperation of Transtelecom with the St. Petersburg customs began in 2013. The operator provides to the client services of a domestic long distance and international telecommunication. After signing of the contract the complex of the provided services included also providing with communication channels.

Project Results

Within the public contract signed according to the results of an open competition, Transtelecom provided to customs of 47 inter-chip digital links at access rate from 2 Mbps to 40 Mbps. Existence of secure channels will allow to organize data transmission between administrative buildings of customs and customs posts.
