On September 19, 2018 the Atlas Soft company reported that within optimization and upgrade of educational process by administration of private educational institution of the higher education "The St. Petersburg medico-social institute" (ChOUVO "SPBMSI") the decision on automation of process of conducting document flow was made.

The institute is engaged in training of doctors of high qualification for St. Petersburg, the Leningrad Region and North-West Region on specialties "medical case" and "stomatology".

System implementation of electronic document management it was going to solve the following problems:

  • Provide control and acceleration of process of approval of all document types.
  • Provide control of execution of instructions.
  • Create uniform structure of storage and accounting of documents of institute with splitting on faculties, departments and departments.
  • Installation of access rights to user groups to the necessary segment of storage.
  • Automation of work with agreements of entrants.
  • Automate process of registration entering and creations of outgoing documents.
  • Automation of processing of internal business processes:

During implementation of a full stroke of setup and system implementation specialists of Atlas Soft together with customer representatives:

  • Created transparent structure of storage of documents of institute.
  • Created a set of reference books for cards of all document types.
  • Registered users and created user groups with distribution of access rights to different parts of storage of documents
  • Configured rules of automatic numbering of the entering / outgoing documents, orders, orders, powers of attorney.
  • Developed a number of routes of registration and approval of documents.
  • Automated internal business processes.
  • Configured interaction with the Electronic Dean's Office system

As a result of project implementation the institute many times accelerated processing and approvals of all document types. The management received the simple and evident instrument of control of accomplishment of the instructions, and responsible persons received the broad picture of processing of documents in real time.

Further it is going to expand the number of users for work in a system that each employee of institute could get access to the necessary information and required documents.
