Since the beginning of 2012 the Start Telecom company develops the ShPD project under a brand "MTT. The house" with providing a packet of telecommunication services: high-speed Internet access, cable television and digital telephony in the Central and Volga region region of Russia.

Within project implementation for increase in efficiency of business processes, the quality level of client service and also sales increase of services a system on customer relationship management of Onyma CRM of Software Flew Down company was implemented.

The Start Telecom company uses software solutions of Software Flew Down company since 2005.

During this time such products as Onyma Billing were successfully implemented there is a convergent billing system, Onyma BI – SaaS platform of a business intelligence.

All software products of Onyma have the developed integration tools which use provides interaction of a complex of information systems of the company. Data of CRM and a billing system daily come to the system of a business intelligence Onyma BI that allows Start Telecom company to analyze quickly work of divisions of sales and service, to react flexibly to market changes, to modify service packages and are more complete to satisfy needs of the clients.
