In the State archive of the Tomsk region works on microfilming of documents are continued. ELAR corporation delivered in organization materials for creation of insurance copies.

ELAR cooperates with State archive of the Tomsk region several years. In particular, in 2014 the company equipped laboratory of ensuring safety of documents of organization with the microfilming device "ELAR MF 2002". This year the corporation delivered a negative galogenidoserebryany microfilm, filters for solutions, concentrates of developer and a fixative.

According to the director of archive Anastasia Karavayeva, in organization are engaged in microfilming of especially important documents. "Especially important documents are submitted in each fund, - Anastasia Gennadyevna tells. – These are, for example, lists of political Polish exiled of 1864-1865, or a complex of documents of the organizations and organizations operating during the period since the end of 1917 before establishment of the Soviet power in the Tomsk province in December, 1919 including documents of the Siberian region duma".

The State archive of the Tomsk region is going to microfilm more than 4,500 cases. "Microfilming remains the main tool for creation of insurance copies of archive documents, - the leading expert on work with archives of ELAR corporation Sergey Zhuravlev tells. – It is caused first of all by such properties of the microfilm as the proved storage life of information in hundreds of years and very low cost value of use".
