The system of payment acceptance on ISBC RFID technologies is developed for the highway Bishkek-Osh

On July 12, 2018 ISBC Group automated system of payment acceptance Sosnovka (81 km) of the highway Bishkek – Osh in the Kyrgyz Republic announced start of a test stage of work for journey through tunnels with an electronic barrier on a post. ISBC: Autonomous system of control and management of journey of cars

On a post sensors which in the automatic mode determine parameters of dimensions of the vehicle are installed. Surveillance cameras fix number of the car, then there is a recognition of numbers. Proceeding from dimensions and country of incorporation of the car fare is calculated. Before the car owner number of the car and fare on an information display is output. Data on all trips are transferred to the Central server of the State directorate of the highway Bishkek — Osh. The same equipment is installed on 391 km on a post Karakul.

The RFID equipment of ISBC provides the automatic admission of cars with RFID tags through journey point. Use of radio frequency identification allows to identify transport unmistakably. The used readers have special functions of enciphering that guarantees authenticity. All attempts to copy or forge a tag become useless.

Technologies of radio frequency identification – an optimal solution for the automated admission of transport through collection points for payments on toll roads. The signal from a passive RFID tag of frequency range of UHF fixed on car glass is accepted by the special reader. After identification and write-off of a payment before the car the barrier automatically opens.
