The station of emergency medical service of the city of Tyumen uses EDMS

On August 13, 2014 the EOS Group company announced the project implemented in 2008 in interests State-funded health institution of the Tyumen region "Station of emergency medical service" where the electronic document management system "CASE" is implemented.

Project Progress

The project began in 2008 and EDMS "CASE" transition to the automated document registration became the first task solved with the help. In the years ahead GBUZ TO "Station of emergency medical service" regularly purchased additional licenses of a system that allowed to extend electronic document management to remote divisions.

Delivery of the software, execution of works on installation, setup, user training executed Program-service LLC.

Project Results

According to Lidiya Ostroumova, the chief physician of the Tyumen station of emergency medical service, the station of emergency medical service of the city of Tyumen, as well as service of ambulance in general in the area – one of the few in Russia, really technically and technology equipped according to modern standards. It concerns not only technologies of rendering the emergency medical care, but also an organizational component. The system of navigation control of motor transport acts on the station, call acceptance from the population is performed on the basis of the automated algorithms (the call transmission system to crew using the SMS is used).

Managerial document flow is automated, documentary focused business procedures are arranged.
