Business of IT together with SUE Stavropolkraydokanal completed the project on implementation of the software product "Vodokanal: Settlings with legal entities"

SUE SKVK Stavropolkrayvodokanal - one of the largest enterprises of North Caucasus region. The existing capacities of constructions allow to provide needs of the population and the enterprises of region for water supply and water disposal at the high level.

Before implementing solution "Vodokanal: Settlings with legal entities" each branch of the enterprise kept account in the different systems that interfered with operational work of all structures.

Project Progress

During automation tasks were carried out:

• Software installation on the customer's computers;

• Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system;

• Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system;

• Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights;

• Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation);

• Initial settings of standard/industry solution to start accounting.

In the course of work on the project the command of Business of IT company took into account all requirements and comments of the customer and carried out the following works:

• Implementation of transfer of all subscriber base from an old system;

• Accomplishment of notes of all branches;

• Training of employees of branches;

• Development of the uniform reporting and printed forms;

• Implementation of remote consultations on problem situations.

Result

As a result of project implementation on system implementation all assigned tasks, exact and operating control of accounting of volume of services were solved. The developed and implemented system allows to own and operate with all information on subscribers in a single system.
