Content

On May 15, 2017 the GENDALF company announced implementation in AH Steppe of the automation equipment of purchases.

Project Tasks

In 2016 Steppe needed the module of accounting of purchases of spare parts integrated into 1C. The management of holding set the task - to achieve transparency of accounting of spare parts and the detailed analysis of process of purchases.

Project Progress

Development and deployment of the module was executed by GENDALF Group. Work on the project was continued three months.

The module of purchases is developed for 1C. 50 automated jobs for the staff of the enterprise are connected to this module.

At the request of the customer specialists of the contractor added a number of functions which accelerated process of formation of purchasing requests of spare parts and carrying out the tender to the program. There was a comparison of the final deficiencies list with a remaining balance of spare parts in warehouses of agroholding, setup of carrying out the tender: adding and removal of suppliers at different stages, breakdown of orders for different suppliers with the different prices.

Project Results

Analytical tools facilitated the choice of the supplier. Comparisons on the total cost of purchase and a separate position are available.

Earlier we made deficiencies lists in the simple table Microsoft Excel: manually added hundreds of names, analyzed data and reduced them in the general sheet. At the same time many mistakes were made - were to mix the article or a description of goods and all purchase were made inaccurately enough. In 1C there are no such problems. Drawing up sheets is automated, and errors at input are excluded.

All tasks which we set for automation are executed. The quality of purchases grew thanks to business process automation and analytical program capabilities. We managed to optimize a remaining balance of spare parts in warehouses, three times to reduce time for preparation of deficiencies lists and the analysis of offers from suppliers.
