Content

In ONLANTA company implementation of an end-to-end system of career planning and personnel management based on StepStone ETWeb Enterprise is complete.

To a system

The solution is selected as the corporate standard for LANIT group. Implementation of ETWeb Enterprise in ONLANTA - continuation of complex automation of HR processes on the scale of group.

Need

The company the solution capable to display HR-management for a framework of traditional "accounting" approach was required. ETWeb Enterprise is a versatile tool of management which allows to build the transparent system of efficiency evaluation of personnel, to establish connection between personal efficiency of the employee and efficiency of the company in general, consider in LANIT.

Project

Specially formed implementation team which problem – step-by-step implementation of ETWeb Enterprise in all companies which are a part of group of LANIT acted as the contractor of the project.

Results

Modules are implemented: career and succession, performance management, management of competences and skills, training and development, assessment 360, the basic accounting module for maintaining data on positions and employees. In a system all data on employees are entered, for each of them plans of individual development are made, personel assessment according to the results of a quarter is carried out.

The project in ONLANTA started at the beginning of 2010. Today a HR system operates normally.
