Stroygazconsulting passed to EDMS based on Docsvision

On December 18, 2017 the Digital Design company announced implementation of EDMS based on Docsvision in Stroygazconsulting company.

Specialists Digital Design presented the solution for business process optimization of SGK company using ample opportunities of EDMS based on the current version of the Docsvision 5.4 platform. The system concept proceeded from main objectives of the company – increase in operational efficiency, reduction of time of approval of documents, volume of paper carriers, gain of control and increase in level of performing discipline. Besides, a system should be intuitive to all employees, even to those which never used EDMS. System architecture should allow to develop further the solution, to scale it and to have a possibility of replication.
