The company Stroytransgaz JSC (STG) shared its experience in using Task Mining technology to digitize and analyze accounting transactions at the Unified Service Center. The vendor of the used - software the active system - business analysts Proceset was the company, "Infomaximum" which announced this on October 24, 2023.
With the help of Proceset, it was possible to determine all options for the course of operations, their duration and number of executions, note the most labor-intensive of them, compare the dynamics of performance indicators of operations in the context of individual executors, determine the workload of employees for the performed operations, processed documents and positions in the context of legal entities.

The results of the project were: automatic digitization of all operations performed by employees, including 34 operations announced at the start of the project, construction of their maps with visualization of execution scenarios, development of dashboards and proposals for optimizing the actions of employees of the Unified Service Center.
