2020: Consolidation of internal and external circuits of document flow using Synerdocs

In 2019 digitalization of business processes in Subaru Motor LLC (the Russian representative office of the Japanese Subaru brand) received the next round of development. The company made the decision to integrate internal and external circuits of document flow. As service of exchange with partners Synerdocs was selected, reported in Directum company on July 20, 2020.

The company continued to develop electronic document management and to refuse paper in processes of interaction with partners. Thanks to it the staff of the company had an opportunity to quickly create, process, send and accept documents in the accounting systems integrated with Directum and Synerdocs.

As of July, 2020 in "Subaru Motor" work with a large number entering and the outgoing formalized and unformalized legally significant documents is automated. The project team managed to exclude paper from the main business processes of interaction with automobile dealers and other partners.

In general external electronic document management through Synerdocs service allowed Subaru Motor LLC:

  • cut down expenses on document flow;
  • reduce losses of documents;
  • achieve instant exchange of a document package.

In the course of transition to e-document flow representatives of Subaru Motor repeatedly sent us offers on completion of functionality of service. So, at the request of the client in May, 2020 cancellation of documents in roaming with Diadoc operator was started. We are grateful to staff of the company for a feedback — such not indifferent relation of the client as a result helps to increase quality of our product — the manager of projects of Synerdocs Evgeny Kuznetsov supervising transition of Subaru Motor LLC to legally significant electronic document management with partners noted.

2019: Completion of development of Directum

On March 18, 2019 the Directum company reported that Subaru Motor LLC was completed by the project for development of Directum. In a project deliverable additional processes are implemented and the current functionality is improved.

Within the project specialists of Directum were faced by the purposes:

  • increase employee performance – to reduce time for execution of operations in a system;
  • reduce costs for accomplishment of business processes – to automate transactions, to reduce terms of approval of documents.

Specialists of Directum and Subaru Motor LLC automated and improved processes:

  • approval of requests for payment;
  • approval of financial requests;
  • check of the partner;
  • management of a holiday.

Within process automation of approval of requests for payment and managements of a holiday scenarios of integration Directum with the accounting system which allowed to lower time costs for payment processing and execution of personnel documents are added.

Optimization of internal business processes

The project on optimization of internal business processes proceeded in 2017-2018 and covered such directions as management of holidays, approval and assessment of partners, approval of requests of the financial block and others. Work of users became even more convenient for the realization account of new scenarios of integration Directum with 1C.

2016: Transition to electronic document management

Transition to electronic document management to Subaru Motor companies started in 2016. Then approval of internal documents "moved" to a management system for digital processes and documents of Directum. Users received the simple, bilingual interface, the staff of all divisions had an opportunity to work far off. Thanks to cost optimization on processes of a back office and automation of scenarios of approval of different types of documents, it was succeeded to reduce labor costs and to increase convenience of work of employees, including in remote interaction.
