The AT Consulting company integrator carried out works on control automation as accounts in the information systems "Summer of Bank", implementation of a complex of the solutions Oracle Identity and Access Management Suite 11g for management of identification and access for users to different IT systems of the customer, the press service of the company reported on April 22, 2013.
Justification
Growth of number of employees and the developed IT infrastructure considerably complicated user account control.
"Management of accounts of employees – very labor-intensive process in which effective ensuring business divisions, Information Security Service, IT and HR department of bank are interested. Users need to create, change and trace the login and the password in each IT system, to consider different access rights and roles in systems. The automation of this process implemented for so short time reduced operating expenses, helped to protect crucial applications and vulnerable data and also to build interaction between business users, having supported the high rate of development of bank", – the head of service of IT infrastructure Summer of Bank Vladimir Troyanovsky noted.
Job
The project is begun on December 20, 2012. Within two months specialists of AT Consulting completed project works: engineering design, creation of a prototype, implementation, integration with five IT systems of bank. Now system operation mode. Further development of infrastructure, with a possibility of centralized operation by access for users to information resources of bank, decrease in labor costs is planned for authentication, creation of its uniform center.

We managed to build productive model of interaction between all project participants, including the representatives of the companies who are responsible for development and operation of IT systems. Result
Use of Oracle Identity and Access Management Solutions helped bank to reduce costs for management of accounts, to accelerate carrying out business operations, reducing time for acceptance of new employees, the organization of learning process and access to the main IT systems.
