The Sunprint printing house installed full-color the Xerox Versant 80 Press CFM 

In July, 2017 the Xerox company announced that the Sunprint printing house installed full-color the Xerox Versant 80 Press CFM . Thanks to it the company increased printing quality and expanded the range of a printed material. Installation was executed by the partner of Xerox — NBZ Computers company.

Earlier the Sunprint company used full-color the Xerox Colour C75 Press CFM . When since its start in work there passed three years, the printing house needed to install the new printing machine to follow modern industry trends.

For upgrade of the park the company selected full-color the Xerox Versant 80 Press CFM which succeeded the Press C75 Xerox Colour CFM in a line of the polygraphic equipment of Xerox of average output. In particular, this machine attracted Sunprint with the built-in packet of the Simple Image Quality Adjustment (SIQA) tools which automates setup of data of the person with turnover and provides uniformity of reproduction of filling according to the sheet. Also a system helps to manage transfer currents that accelerates setup at printing on complex materials.

Thanks to an EA toner with the low level of gloss of Xerox Versant 80 Press allows to receive the opaque prints which were especially demanded among clients of Sunprint who order printing of directories of clothes, art reproductions and business cards.

Xerox Versant 80 Press supports non-standard materials with a density up to 350 g/m2, including designer, tinted, self-adhesive and thermotransfer papers. In particular, it expanded printabilities of business cards in Sunprint. At the same time the updated path of passing of paper allows printing house to seal business cards from two parties in automatic duplex.

Thanks to the Ultra HD technology implemented in Xerox Versant 80 Press, permission of printing of 2400x2400 dpi and permission of rasterization of 1200x1200 dpi with depth of colors of 10 bits of Sunprint could increase quality of a printed material.

During the work with paper for thermotransfer Xerox Versant 80 Press allows to adjust a color rendition, so to compensate distortion of flowers during the heating and transfer of images on fabric.

In general, on a response of the customer, the machine provided a stable color rendition and due quality from the first to the last print even at printing of large circulations.

In order that the printing house could use productively possibilities of SIQA and other solutions implemented in the machine, Xerox conducted a free four-day training course for the staff of Sunprint. The gained knowledge helped printing house to implement the potential production of the machine completely.
