The movement in the building of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation controls the ACS

The ISG company completed the next stage of works of upgrade of security systems of the building of the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation.

The project was implemented on the basis of public contracts - in 2010 the company won the first open competition for design and system implementation of control and management of access (ACS) and also an automated system of control of traffic in the territory of the building of the Supreme Court. Creation of a subsystem of video surveillance and integration of all security systems into uniform IT infrastructure became the next stage. Mounting works and to commissioning of the equipment came to the end in July, 2012.

Solution

The ACS system provides control of access control of the courthouse, protection against unauthorized penetration; allows to organize collection of information about movement of visitors, to keep a time recording of employees. The solution provides differentiation of user rights by the principle of multilevel access to different floors and in courthouse zones.

Thanks to flexible network infrastructure of the ACS its elements are integrated with the security fire warning and a subsystem of video surveillance that allows to integrate systems in the centralized complex of security and to implement the scenario of joint work, for example, unblocking of doors during evacuation in case of fire alarm.

All elements of a security system are intended for continuous round-the-clock operation and save working capacity at shutdown of a network power supply. This requirement is implemented due to installation of stand-by power supplies.
